Tom did a great job. My nails were a mess, I had a gift certificate to another place and that was a mistake. He was able to get my nails back to normal.

Found my new salon! Christin takes her time, never makes you feel rushed and her work is perfect! Everyone in the salon is very personable and makes you feel at home.

loved it here, it was so quiet and relaxing in the salon, and everyone is so kind. christin did so well on my acrylics, and she was so sweet! i didnt think it was too expensive and they offered that if in the next 10 days something happened to my nails they would fix it for free :) it was my first time here so i was nervous but i have zero complaints!

Pro Nail has been my Spa since 2018. Though each staff member has thier own unique characteristics and awesome approach when it comes to nails... Jenny is my number one! She is kind, funny, timely, clean, and great with her skills! I love everything about this spa!

Totally not indicative of my nail tech because Lizz was wonderful, but I hate that the colors never look the same on my nail as they do on the sample nails :-( The colors are not what I expected and I know that if I would have said something she or Brian would have suggested I redo them because their customer service is superb, but I just didn't have time. I absolutely love Pro Nail & Spa in Libertyville. There's no nail salon like it. The friendliness and service is top knotch!
